Our First Christmas Tree!!


It's Official! We are now married! Its still so crazy to think that 4 months ago.. I had no idea that Zach and I would be married at this time. I don't really have much to say except that our past three weeks of marriage have been overwhelming. We had a wonderful honeymoon in Jamaica. It was so relaxing that we had no idea what we would be in for when we came home. We got to our condo Friday night around 2am and went right to sleep. We woke up Saturday morning (on my birthday) and ate breakfast quickly only to leave and go to my parents house and Zach's dad's house to start moving. My family surprised us with a cake and lunch to celebrate my birthday. We ate and then began packing up everything I hadn't already packed. We finished the day by going out to dinner for my birthday. If it wasn't for the dinner out with Caleb, Andi and Shawn, I dont think i would have noticed that it was my birthday. Four days later... Christmas eve came! We had finally gotten the condo organized and clean only to open all of our wedding presents and have a huge mess again! We were out almost all of Christmas day only stopping at our place once to open a couple more presents. Once we got all of the Christmas/wedding gifts put away... We had friends over for New Years Eve. Once again... more mess. This past weekend we went down to North Carolina for a wedding. We got home late Sunday night. Monday I was off work so guess what I did all day?? Cleaned! I should be honest though and say that I do actually enjoy cleaning. Especially when it's for my own house and husband. The house is finally clean and sparkling... Zach and I are both back to work and all of the craziness has finally died down. Still have not heard anything about the house. We're praying we find out soon. Until then.. Maybe we'll have a little bit of relaxation before we start renovating our new home.
